KAYENTA PEOPLE ARE A LITTLE UNIQUE

They like cactus and red rocks, the sound of a coyote howl at night and don’t mind a little sand in their shoes. They embrace the natural spirit that is Kayenta, choosing a place to live where star bright nights (not city lights) can still quiet their soul. They cherish vertical red cliffs over horizons obstructed by vertical architecture and space to walk where nature is still free to roam. Discover Kayenta, enjoy the Art Village, our desert climate, walk the lots, savor a sunset and when you can’t imagine living anywhere else – then you are a Kayenta person too!

YOUR KAYENTA BUILDER LIVES AND BUILDS EXCLUSIVELY IN KAYENTA

Brent Smith and his wife Cindy discovered Kayenta in the late 1980’s and never gave up hope of having a home here. In 2006 the dream came true and they sold their Park City home of 30 years and moved south to become “Kayenta People.” Brent was a general contractor in the Park City and Salt Lake City areas for 37 years. He is very passionate about the homes he is building and works with the homeowner throughout the entire building process. The added benefit of being a local resident is that the “client” becomes the “friend.”
